EST facilitator Kelly quickly recognised the wealth of skills and knowledge Patrick had accumulated across his varied career. - Resume writing – Patrick learned how to present his extensive career history in a clear, compelling, and relevant way, tailoring his resume to speak directly to prospective employers’ needs.
- Keyword optimisation – Understanding how to use industry-relevant keywords helped ensure his applications stood out, particularly in digital recruitment systems that screen applications before they even reach a hiring manager.
- Cover letter writing – Patrick developed the skills to craft targeted, professional cover letters that communicated not just his experience, but his genuine enthusiasm and suitability for the role.
