At AKG, we work to support individuals who have experienced disadvantage. This includes people living with disability, First Nations communities, culturally and linguistically diverse individuals, refugees, people involved with the justice system, parents, as well as both young and mature-aged people.
We provide tailored support through pre-employment preparation and training, skills development and education, coaching and mentoring, and post-employment assistance.
We are contracted by the Australian Government to deliver key programs including Workforce Australia, Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA), the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), Parent Pathways, Employability Skills Training, Career Transition Assistance, and Transition to Work.
While our core operations are in Australia, our experience extends globally. We also deliver employment services in Canada, Singapore, Italy, the United Kingdom and several other countries, leveraging international insights to enhance our local impact.
