We use your feedback to improve the quality and range of services provided to you. If you feel that our service has not met your expectations, we want to know. Feedback will be used to resolve concerns and to make sure we get it right the next time.

    If you’d like to lodge a complaint, you can:

    • E-mail our National Quality Manager at quality@akg.com.au
    • Visit your local office and ask for the Business Manager or their Regional Manager
