We know how important local knowledge is in matching job seekers with the needs of employers. At AKG, partnership is fundamental to what we do. And this means building networks of employer partners in each community we service.

AKG’s unique team of Regional Employment and Partnerships Coordinators work on the ground in their local area, getting to know local businesses, how they’re faring and what difficulties they face.

Our national partnerships team can work with you to better understand your business and your needs. Our team can help with:

  • Recruitment drives and people sourcing. Finding the right people by understanding the roles, your business and our process.
  • Skills and capacity building through vocational training in one of our 3 RTOs, as well as soft skills and English language and literacy training.
  • Health and wellbeing support through our Workplace Health services including pre-employment medicals, EAP services and injury management.

Our coordinators hold senior positions in AKG. They are well placed to help employers and industries find the right employees now – as well as build productive workforces into the future. They also work with local job seekers to train and prepare them for the available job opportunities.
