A clean start for Jayden

Our partner in disability employment, uLaunch, helped Jayden overcome several barriers to gain a role in Rockhampton.

Jayden faced several challenges on his journey towards employment – navigating difficulties with literacy and numeracy, he experienced significant anxiety and required extra support in the workplace.

Jayden’s story is a shining example of how Disability Employment Services can effectively achieve positive outcomes for participants. Through individual capacity building, participants can make meaningful contributions to the community through employment.
