Our Parent Pathways Program is a parent-led partnership to support your goals, whether that is to maintain health and wellbeing, access training and develop skills, or find and return to work.

Support through Parent Pathways can be accessed at your convenience in a secure community-oriented setting. Your children are welcome to attend your appointments with you.
How Parent Pathways works
Are you eligible for Parent Pathways?
To be eligible for the Parent Pathways Program, you must:
- Have a child aged under 6
- Live in an area where there is a Parent Pathways provider.
- Be receiving one of these payments:
- Parenting Payment
- Carer Payment
- Special Benefit
Eligibility includes those who are not getting a Centrelink payment, and are either:
- under 22 years old
- an early school leaver (parents who don’t have a year 12 qualification)
- a First Nations parent or carer

This service is delivered in NSW in the following locations:
- Wyong – Full Time
- Woy Woy, Gosford – Part Time
- Brookvale, Budgewoi, Chatswood, Hornsby, North Ryde – By Appointment
Interview and appointments
Your initial interview with us will be face-to-face, unless there are extenuating circumstances, and will help us get to know you better. With our flexible servicing options you can then choose from face-to-face, telephone or online support from our team.
Setting goals
We’ll help you develop a Goal Plan that helps you see where you currently are and what steps you need to take to reach your personal, health, education or career goals.
We will connect you with the community services you need according to your Goal Plan.
Cre8YourFuture
Our service model is known as Cre8YourFuture, ensuring that we provide support on all areas of your life.
- Your Goals – balancing your role as a parent and your personal goals and ambitions.
- Your Health and Wellbeing – ensuring you have access to the right health services for you and your family.
- Your Resilience and Confidence – working on problem solving, managing competing priorities and coping with life’s ups and downs.
- Your Social Networks – they say it takes a village! Connecting you with parent social and playgroups and access to child care.
- Your Community Involvement – supporting you with access to broader community support services that can help with things like housing, transportation and relationships.
- Your Financial Independence and digital literacy – keep up with technology and make sure you can access the right resources for financial stability and get help managing debt or savings.
- Your Education and Training – depending on where you want to go, we can help you with compliance certifications, tickets and licences through to longer term study.
- Your Career – as experts in employment and through our connections to employers and industry, we can help you prepare for work, build confidence in applying and connect you to real work opportunities that suit you and your career choice.
