At AKG, we partner with people living with disability, illness, or injury to co-create pathways to meaningful, fulfilling employment

NDIS and DES

AKG delivers the Australian Government’s Disability Employment Services (DES) program nationally, in collaboration with our network of trusted partners.

DES will become the Inclusive Employment Australia program from 1 Nov 2025. 

This program offers tailored support for people with disability, injury, or health conditions, whether they are seeking work or already employed as well as practical solutions for their employers.

In addition, AKG provides comprehensive support services for participants of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Our experienced team assists clients in navigating the NDIS framework, accessing appropriate supports and developing employment pathways that align with their individual goals and capabilities, empowering them to thrive in work and beyond.
