Partnering with Tailored Workforce

Jobfind has partnered with labour hire firm Tailored Workforce to provide skilled staff for warehousing and retail.

Working with job seekers from many different backgrounds, Jobfind organised several targeted pre-employment training courses during 2021 with a minimum of 10 job seekers per course, selected by Jobfind. The courses run for five days, after which Tailored Workforce markets the job seeker to employers. Jobfind then provides post-placement support once the job seeker start work.

As of July 2021, Jobfind had placed 363 job seekers with Tailored Workforce.
