Demand for our Citizenship Readiness Program is huge and continues to grow rapidly.
The program is delivered to job seekers in Auburn, Cabramatta, Fairfield and Liverpool centres. Still, many people from outer suburbs are eager to access the program due to its success in producing citizenship outcomes.
One of those keen job seekers is Milano. He came to Jobfind through our community engagement initiative to take part in the Citizenship Readiness Program.
Unfortunately, the class was at capacity at the time, and he was placed on a waitlist. Customer Engagement Consultant at Fairfield Jobfind, Daniel Saed, continued the conversation with Milano and discovered he was having trouble finding suitable work after losing his job due to COVID-19.
As he was registered with Jobfind, and once his Employment Services Assessment (ESAt) was finalised, the Fairlfeld Team assisted with renewing his forklift license after stated that his ideal job would be in a warehouse environment.
Daniel says within three weeks, we were able to secure him a job of his liking as a Forklift Operator.
