Across all our employment services companies, we start by getting to know the business and its recruitment needs.

We then provide job-ready candidates who are the right match and keen to work. We use our specialised assessment tools to ensure they are the right fit, and we work with them to ensure they have the correct skills, qualifications and attitude.

We make sure any available federal and state government funding is accessed to support hiring and training eligible candidates.

And we continue to provide support for at least six months after a person is employed.

As a leading training provider, with 3 Registered Training Organisations, we can deliver skills training in different environments and in a range of delivery modes.

We deliver short course training to help build soft skills and build confidence at work.

As a provider of vocational courses, we deliver a range of qualifications under our 3 RTOs from Nursing and Individual Support to Early Childhood Education and Care.

As Max Solutions RTO, we are a leading provider of English language, literacy and numeracy courses, supporting people to communicate and interact in the workplace.
