Across all our businesses, we take a consultative approach that begins with understanding your unique skills, experiences, and concerns. We tailor our support to help you find the job that’s the right fit for you.

Together, we’ll identify the strengths you’ve gained from your past work and life experience and develop a plan to build your skills and confidence for the next step in your career.

Using a combination of face to face, digital and phone-based contact, our relationship with you is the key to make sure we know how to support you best.

We provide career transition support

AKG’s Career Transition Assistance program, helps job seekers over 45 transfer their skills to new industries, build confidence with workplace technology and improve their job readiness.

Participants receive ongoing support to connect with local employers, enhance resumes and interview skills as well as preparing for roles that match their goals and ambitions.

We help overcome barriers

Each year, we help provide integrated training, support and job opportunities for hundreds of mature-aged people through our Remote Australia Employment Service partners across Australia.
