At AKG we empower people to find secure and meaningful, long-term employment

Helping people from all walks of life

At AKG, we work to support individuals who have experienced disadvantage. This includes people living with disability, First Nations communities, culturally and linguistically diverse individuals, refugees, people involved with the justice system, parents, as well as both young and mature-aged people.

We provide tailored support through pre-employment preparation and training, skills development and education, coaching and mentoring, and post-employment assistance.

Supporting Job Seekers Across Australia

At AKG, we’re proud to deliver a wide range of government funded employment and support programs that help Australians prepare for, find and keep meaningful long-term work.

We are contracted by the Australian Government to deliver key programs including Workforce Australia, Disability Employment Services (DES), the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), Parent Pathways, Employability Skills Training, Career Transition Assistance, and Transition to Work. These programs enable us to support people from diverse backgrounds, including those facing disadvantage, to achieve sustainable employment outcomes.

While our core operations are in Australia, our experience extends globally. We also deliver employment services in Canada, Singapore, and several other countries, leveraging international insights to enhance our local impact.

We help job seekers improve their skills and qualifications

We are committed to offering jobseekers the right opportunities to improve their skills and job readiness.

AKG Education
