Connect is our digital tool designed to understand your needs, aspirations, and goals. This helps us create a personalised plan to help you overcome challenges, build strengths, and achieve lasting employment.

You can access Connect from our customer portal which also includes other digital tools you might find useful.

You can manage your service with us, get support for your health and wellbeing, look at skills training or get support managing finances.

Accessing Connect

Username and password

Simply register for Connect using your personal email address and by creating a password. You need access to this email account in order to verify your email address. After entering your email address, click ‘Send Verification Code’ and follow the prompts. Enter the rest of your details and create and confirm your password to register.

Alternatively, on the ‘Sign In’ screen, you can authenticate into Connect using an existing account that you have, like Gmail or Facebook.

If you’re not sure whether you’ve registered, contact your Job Coach who can check this for you.

Connect is currently available for MAX customers, we are working to make this service available to uLaunch and Jobfind customers.
